2025 \u5e74\u56fd\u9645\u80fd\u6e90\u7f72 (IEA) \u6c22\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u5408\u4f5c\u9879\u76ee\u5353\u8d8a\u5956\u3002\u8be5\u5956\u9879\u65e8\u5728\u8868\u5f70\u96be\u8131\u78b3\u9886\u57df\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u71c3\u6599\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6c22\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\u3002\u8bfa\u8d1d\u4e3d\u65af\u4ece\u5168\u7403 13 \u4e2a\u5165\u56f4\u8005\u4e2d\u8131\u9896\u800c\u51fa\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u8be5\u5956\u9879\u7684\u9996\u5c4a\u5f97\u4e3b\u3002\u9881\u5956\u4eea\u5f0f\u5728\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u957f\u4f1a\u8bae \u7b49\u673a\u5236\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u5f00\u7aef\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u5b9e\u73b0\u897f\u5317\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u8131\u78b3\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u8fd0\u8f93\u548c\u50a8\u5b58\u7f51\u7edc\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u65bd\u4f7f\u8bfa\u8d1d\u4e3d\u65af\u5728\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u786e\u4fe1\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4fdd\u969c\u6c22\u6c14\u4f9b\u5e94\uff0c\u5176\u62c9\u5947\u798f\u5fb7\u5de5\u5382\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ef\u51cf\u5c11\u9ad8\u8fbe 9,000 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5c06\u62c9\u5947\u798f\u5fb7\u5de5\u5382\u7684\u5e9f\u65e7\u996e\u6599\u7f50 (UBC) \u56de\u6536\u80fd\u529b\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e00\u500d\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u6269\u5efa\u5c06\u4f7f\u5e74\u4ea7\u80fd\u589e\u52a0 8.5
