Contractor Safety – Avetta

Novelis has collaborated with Avetta, an industry-leading expert in EHS performance and compliance, to support the Contractor Safety Process. All contractors are required to register with Avetta and submit program participation fees no later than five days from the date of this letter in order to continue performing onsite work with Novelis. This is a business requirement that contractors must successfully complete and fulfill the process requirements in order to work at Novelis.

Avetta provides a number of key benefits to both contractors and Novelis:

• Provide access as an approved contractor for all Novelis locations.
• Ensure the same standard applies across the entire Novelis contractor base.
• Ensure full understanding of all compliance requirements.
• Provide support to help achieve and maintain full compliance.
• Provide annual reminders to update compliance information.
• Provide visibility of your standing with Novelis’ compliance requirements.

 To register with Avetta, please follow these steps:

1. Reach out to your Novelis contact to assure that you receive a Key/ID & AVETTA Code.
2. Access the Avetta website at https://app.Avetta.com/AvettaSystem/Register.aspx .
3. On this web page, enter your designated Key/ ID in the first box provided.
4. Enter your designated Avetta Code in the second box provided.
5. Click the Submit button.
6. Follow the instructions given in the next steps.

During the registration process, Suppliers will be prompted to create a unique Username and Password. Please remember this Username and Password as it will be required to access your company’s information in the future.
