Novelis will require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) be established with any third party when confidential information is shared with them. In case data are made available and/or processed by Suppliers, a Data Transfer Agreement will be mutually agreed and signed by both parties to ensure that that such data are sufficiently protected.
