Novelis uses competitive bidding processes globally (Coupa) to select Suppliers. The preferred method to obtain Supplier quotations is electronic (e-Sourcing) i.e. e-RFx or e-Auction.

Quotations are required to be transparent and provide a breakdown of prices for materials and service components. It is expected that all Product and/or Service Specifications are met as documented and requested. Delivery requirements are subject to mutual agreement on a contract-by-contract basis.

Supplier Expectations

If a Supplier is invited to participate in a e-Sourcing event, it is expected that the Suppliers will engage in the RFx or Auction.    If a Supplier chooses not to participate, you may not be considered for future events and may risk losing Novelis business.
